I also like the software that comes with it so you can scan in multiple items and make multiple files with just one scan, just spread them out on the scanner and viola, easy! I do not like that it makes horrible coupon prints, I use online coupons a lot and the bar codes are horrible, even on excellent quailty. The scanner on this is amazing, the pictures scan in in better quality than they are, great for restoring old pictures. It should also be noted that the paper tray cannot hold very much paper at all, which can be a hassle if you need to print a huge, multi page thing. We have also had a few incidents with the paper tray jamming. Sometimes the printer also waits for the previous page to dry, even if it is just text, which can be inconvenient if you are in a hurry. The ink is also rather expensive, and I feel ripped off buying ink that I know I will be disappointed with. For images, the pictures are grainy, and the colors are off balanced, even when the ink cartridge has just been replaced. I will say, it is fine for text only documents. When it comes to the quality of the printed materials, I wasn't impressed. The initial price of the printer was not bad at all, and it has a scanner as well. We have been using this printer for about one year now, and we have been moderately satisfied with it.
